Could I use Ecotect for analysis building life cycle? How could I get futher data, eg. greenhouse, embodied, mainten.

Yes, in theory, Ecotect can help you analyze all that, but you have to manually enter the input data for whatever material you are using - something you imput in the material editor.
A free software that gives a bit of info is BEES (visit their website: BEES 3.0).
Ecotect can help graph the greenhouse gases once the data is in. See the help files as well as the Tutorial] for a bit of background.
SQU1 used to have another LCAID software for free download, but I was never able to really get it going. I think it might be an old software (see LCAid).
