Lux Levels , grid points?

I am new to ecotect and am sort of learning as I go, so the answer to this question may or may not be within my understanding. In any case, I seem to be having trouble with my lux levels.

My max lux levels are close to 11,000 and my min is around 600. These numbers seem outrageously high as it is my understanding that a bright lit sky is around 4000 lux.

Also, I cant seem to figure out why I am getting this chickenpox effect on my model. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the quality (low, med, hi) at which I export the model, and I don't have an analysis grid set up.

Thank you in advance,
Chris

Hi Chris
I think the result may be right, the max outdoor illumination can be 100k lux or higher. It is determined by the time and the type of the sky in radiance, so you should check for those.
you can try to adjust the advanced rendering setting for clearing the dirty point in the image. The followingI is my suggestion about the value important:
aa: from 0.2(default) to 0.1 or lower
ar: from 9(default) to 64 or higher
ad: from 400(default) to 1024 or higher
as: from 128(default) to 256 or higher
because I have not seen your model, so all these values may not suit your model, but you can try.
