Hi

I have one building with 4 thermal zones 2 buffer spaces and 2 sunspaces. I designed some pergola that shades the windows. The problem is that the thermal analysis does not make any changes on cooling or heating loads. As there is nothing to shade. I have run an interzonal analysis with shading and also a shading calculation from sunpath but still the same problem..

If I design another simple one zone with one window and one shade device it works but not on my real model..

Does anyone have any idea about solving this problem?
