Existing ECOTECT licence holders will also be able to access a licence-able version of any v5.60 Release Candidates (ie. pre-official release) by logging in to squ1.com and accessing their "My Account" page. Full details on how this is done can be found at the forum news item:

Emphasis unfortunately on the 'will' part of the first sentence.
I know we've been promising the Earth since the beginning of the year, but we really are very close now. It's been an enormous task to add all the features we wanted and get the help files updated, all whilst trying to keep up with an increasing support load...
All I can say is that we are all heads-down working feverishly to release v5.60 in the next week or so.
