If you already have a .EPW
If you already have a .EPW weather file that is appropriate for the location you need, then just drag and drop that into the Weather Tool (or the Weather Manager (Tools > Convert Weather Data...) if you only have ECOTECT), and the software will work out how to import that data for you. An import data dialog box will show up, just check that everything is as you want (typically everything is fine), and then click the import file button to load the data.
That should be it...
