rotating grouped objects - ecotect seems to split them up?

Hello

I'm just doing some very simple Daylighting analysis, have built my bedroom pods, did a simple analysis, worked fine. I have similar units at different orientations, so I figured I'd just highlight the unit I had modelled, select all, group it, and then rotate it by the angles and perform the analysis in this way.

For some reason I can't figure out, when I rotate the grouped object in ecotect, most of it rotates, but one window just spreads itself all over the model. I can't really figure this out - its a child object in a wall which itself has rotated fine, and secondly, all the objects are supposedly grouped (did CTRL + A) before grouping to make sure everything was selected.

Anyone experienced this or know how to resolve it? Or is it just another one of those great ecotect things that just leaves you shaking your head in disbelief?
