Dear Sirs/Madam,
I cannot use my ECOTECT as licensed software. It says that there is a license file but cannot activate the software “ERROR: A licence [sic] file was found but it is not valid for this installation”. Upon choosing to activate the software manually, I get the following error “ERROR: The following error occured [sic] while copying licence [sic] to 'C:\Program Files\Square One\ECO_v5.lic': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
What am I doing wrong?
