AT3DX.DLL error importing from SketchUp

I've exported a SketchUp model to an OBJ file and am attempting to import it in to Ecotect. I've done the export a few times and keep getting the following error upon importing: "Access violation at address 00F8650E in module 'AT3DX.DLL'. Read of address 00000048".

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips toward troubleshooting to get this to work? Thanks.

Can you confirm what version of ECOTECT you are running Ryan ?
We have only come across issues with AT3DX.DLL with some of our beta testers who are running both v5.5 and v5.6 (release candidate) on their computers.

Please search before posting a question.
