Changing occupancy patterns in school buildings

I am simulating the thermal performance of a school building under different climate change scenarios but I am also interested in including scenarios of changing occupancy patterns e.g. due to shared facilities with the community, extended hours, flexible timetables etc. Does anyone know any relevant studies on the impact the "opening up" of schools to the community on the thermal performance of their building envelope?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Anna,
I have not looked into this type of study at all.
All I can think about right now is to create operation schedule with various occupancies. i would not know how to go about "flexible" timetables though...

Best,

As far as I know, the best way to go is to invent some schedules yourself based if possible in real facts, and see how that works.
Unfortunatelly what you ask -I think- is difficult to find.
